Memayo, LLC ("Memayo" "we" or "us" or "our") owns and operates the website and application Memayo, the mobile version, all underlying software, (or is the licensee) and any sites we have now or in the future that reference these Terms of Use (collectively the "app").

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the app. By accessing or using the app (including all content and functionality), you signify your agreement to these Terms and any additional terms applicable to certain programs in which you may elect to participate. If you do not agree to these terms, please cease using and/or accessing the app.
